📦 Domestic Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, with shipping rates calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight.
⏱ Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed over the weekend (Friday through Sunday) may require additional time for processing.
Please note: This processing window does not include the USPS delivery timeframe, which is displayed during checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.
🚚 Delivery Timeline
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
While USPS Priority Mail generally delivers within 5 business days, delivery times may vary based on your location and seasonal volume. Please allow additional time during peak periods such as holidays or promotional events.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer returns under the following conditions:
✅ Accepted Returns:
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include photos and a brief description of the issue. We will coordinate a replacement or refund.
Unopened Products: Returns of unused and unopened products are accepted within 10 business days of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Opened, used, or reconstituted products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances due to the sensitive nature of the materials.
All approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected.
